Returns Policy

At My Roof Tent, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something's not quite right, we're here to help.

🛍️ Returns of Unused Items (Within 60 Days)

You may return any item within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is:

• Unused

• In its original packaging

• In resalable condition

Please include your order number or invoice inside the return parcel. Returns received after 60 days may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

📦 Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 7 working days.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for unwanted items.

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for items over £50.
We cannot accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.
